Poptropica consists of over 35 islands between which the character can travel. Each island has its own unique quest, which players are encouraged to finish. If your player completes the quest of an island, she or he receives 50 credits along with an island medallion to spend in the Poptropica Store. Beginning July 6, 2011, Poptropica started enabling players to replay isles, while keeping all the Isle Medallions they’d already earned.
Early Poptropica
Early Poptropica was the first island created for Poptropica. Players confront Early Poptropica’s first settlers who are in misery. They are 8 bit arcade characters much like pilgrims who are missing things from their village, including a signal flag and a water pail. While finding the various items, the player strikes a giant that is purple and a large spider. On Main Street, there’s an art museum with works by artists and Georges-Pierre Seurat this can be the place where you meet the secret agent on Counterfeit Island. Before the second Poptropica island, Shark Tooth Island, came out it was possible to enter the side where there were two buttons: Start Play or Over. This is the pilot island July 2007.

Shark Tooth Island
Shark Tooth Island was the second island released on Poptropica. The scenario revolves around the inhabitants of the island who are being troubled by a fierce shark by the name of “the Booga”. The player must help the citizens by investigating the early temple ruins of the island and subduing the Booga with a special concoction inside of a coconut. The player then must rescue a professor and a lad from an island where the Booga marooned them. This island came two months after Early Poptropica Island, making Early Poptropica an island that was official.
The description on the island’s info page is, “Shark Tooth Island is on-line and ready to be researched! The citizens of the virtual world Isle for children are having shark trouble. Only you can save the day by finding the many secrets of the on-line virtual universe, Shark Tooth Island.”
Time Tangled Isle
Time Tangled Island (also called Time Twisted Island) was the third island released on Poptropica. The scenario revolves around a malfunctioning time machine made by a scientist named Professor Peter P. Pendulum that’s distorted history. It is the player’s job to go back and place matters right. During the quest, users strike Leonardo da Vinci, and important historic figures such as Lewis, Thomas Edison and Clark. Once the player has restored the past, they are able to go forward to see what the future holds, and visit themselves older. This island was created in conjunction with the editors of Fact Monster to preserve historic accuracy. Professor Pendulum could also be discovered on vacation on Shark Tooth Island. The island was called Time Lapse Island, This island came out on May 14, 2008.

Time Tangled Isle “Improved” Version
Time Tangled Isle became the 2nd old island to get a makeover, and the 4th total (behind Virus Hunter, 24 Carrot and Poptropolis Games) to become enhanced, adding audio and making the display larger.
24 Carrot Isle
24 Carrot Isle was the fourth island released on Poptropica. The citizens of 24 Carrot Isle are in trouble. Someone has stolen all their carrots; four citizens named Tired Bird, Shy Sky, Outrageous Comet, and Magic Socks have vanished; and the market, which seems to be based on carrots, is in ruins. The player must face an antagonist named Dr. Hare, who constructed a giant robot bunny inside what was once a carrot cake factory. Dr. Hare is apparently using the carrots to make fuel for a rocket that will send his giant robot into space, from where he can control everyone’s head from space. The character must free the kidnapped citizens from Dr. Hare’s mind control and prevent his scheme. The island has a sequel minigame called Dr. Hare’s Secret Lab, which may be bought in the Poptropica store for free.
The description on the island’s info page is, “Something strange is occurring on 24 Carrot Isle. People are going missing, and the virtual world’s carrots are disappearing as well. It is up to you to get to the base of the mystery and to bring the Isle back to its former grandeur!”
24 Carrot Isle “Improved” Version
24 Carrot Isle became the first island to become enhanced, adding a larger display size, better graphics and audio. Like Virus Hunter Island (the first island to be released like this), it’s recently become accessible.
Super Power Island
Super Power Island was the fifth island released on Poptropica. A giant radioactive meteor has crashed into Super Power Island’s county penitentiary, freeing six criminals and giving them super powers. Now they ruining the city park and are wreaking havoc on the island, committing various crimes, including robbing a bank. The player must defeat five villains, so that a retired superhero will give them the power to fly. The closing “supervisor” villain, Betty Jetty, can only be defeated by flying after her. The island was started on July 26, 2008.
The description on the island’s info page is, “A giant meteor has crashed into the virtual world’s penitentiary, freeing hardened criminals and giving them super powers. Now hardened criminals are wreaking havoc on the Isle. Only an actual superhero can prevent them and save the day.”
Spy Isle
Spy Isle was the sixth island released on Poptropica. In this scheme, a brand new hazard to the residents of Poptropica has been discovered by Poptropica’s top three spies, but the spies are caught by an evil group called B.A.D. (Bare and Dangerous). The residents of Spy Isle are losing their hair as a result of a B.A.D. plot. The player must use top secret spy devices including a laser pen and a chameleon suit to rescue the three spies and infiltrate the B.A.D. citadel. The island was started on 10 September 2008.

You will need the abilities of a secret agent that is cunning discover all the clues of the on-line virtual universe, Spy Isle and to rescue the spies. Nabooti Island
Nabooti Island was the seventh island released on Poptropica. This island was made with the publishers. The Nabooti tribe is looking for five missing jewels from the Nabooti totem that is cryptic. The player flies across Africa including The Pyramids of Giza and Diamond mines in South Africa within an aeroplane return them and to get the jewels. The island was started on December 10, 2008.
The description on the island’s information page was, “For centuries, the Nabooti tribe has been shielded by the power of seven holy jewels. But now, the jewels are missing! Trek return them to the Nabooti tribe and to locate the missing jewels. You’ll visit pyramids, historical mines, and giant waterfalls on your own on-line virtual world quest.”
Big Nate Island
Big Nate Island was the eighth island released on Poptropica. This island is founded on the comic strip Big Nate, written by cartoonist Lincoln Peirce. The player is on a mission to uncover a long lost time capsule comprising a large pearl from selling the pearl which, if located, can save the school from demolition with the cash. The player will want help from Nate and his pals to finish the quest. Unlike other isles, Peirce draws in the style of the comic strip Big Nate Island. The island was started on February 12, 2009.
The description on the island’s info page is, “Get prepared for a completely new kind of on-line virtual world adventure on Poptropica. Enter the comic strip world – a wisecracking kid who holds the all-time record for detentions at this school. You’re on a mission to find a long lost time capsule which, if located, can save the school. You’ll need help from Nate and his pals to finish your on-line virtual world quest!”
Astro-Knights Island
Astro-Knights Island was the ninth island released on Poptropica. The island contains numerous allusions to Arthurian legend, such as the realm being named “Arturus”, three knights being named Cador, Peleas, and Gawain, and the villain’s name being Mordred. The island was opened to early access on June 3, 2009, and to Non- Members. This is the first Isle where Early Access was accessible.
The description on the island’s info page is, “Launch thyself into a new on-line virtual world adventure on Poptropica! The princess hath been kidnapped and taken to the far reaches of space. The Princess must assemble a space boat and fly among the stars on an intergalactic quest to rescue her and save the kingdom of Arturus is the on-line virtual world, Astro-Knights Island.”
Astro-Knights Guide
An Astro-Knights Guide was released on 10 August 2011 by the Poptropica Creators. It can be got by clicking on the Poptropica Store kiosk on Main Street of Astro -Knights Island. The guide provides step-by-step walk through of the entire island together with directions on the best way to locate important inventory items. The guide was released because Astro-Knights island is the island with the fewest variety of conclusions of Poptropica.
Counterfeit Island
Counterfeit Island was the tenth island released on Poptropica. This is a detective quest involving a museum called the Museum Fantastique, which houses some of earth’s most famous paintings, specifically The Starry Night by Vincent van Gogh and The Scream. There’s an art thief named the Black Widow who is trying to steal the museum’s most prized painting, The Scream. It is up to the player recover The Scream and to catch the Black Widow. The island was opened to Non-Members on January 4, 2010, and to early access on December 21, 2009. This island was the first island where when the player enters an area which doesn’t appear on the map, such a multi player room the map says you’re here in the place the player came from.
The description on the island’s info page is, “Some of earth’s most famous artwork is on display at the Isle’s museum, but rumour has it someone’s out to steal it. Is it possible to explore the dark and dangerous side of the on-line virtual world Counterfeit Island and save the day in the cracking canvas caper?”
Reality TV Island
Reality TV Island was the eleventh isle is based on the hit reality TV show Survivor and released on Poptropica. The player must compete in challenges against seven other characters, including antagonists from the first ten isles, to prevent being “voted off” a reality TV show called Reality TV Island. The isle was released on February 24, 2010 to Poptropica members and was open to Non-Members on March 24, 2010.
The description on the isle’s advice page is, “Have you ever wanted to be the star of a reality TV show? Well, now’s your chance! Duke it out with your fellow contestants and prevent elimination to win the show’s huge prize and become a hero to your own hometown in the on-line virtual universe, Reality TV Island.”
Mythology Isle
Mythology Isle was the twelfth isle released on Poptropica. It features the gods such as Zeus and Aphrodite, from Greek mythology. The player must find five items in a quest and meets with creatures and legendary gods. Nevertheless, Zeus cannot be trusted, as he plans to rule Poptropica all. Players must use the powers of competitions and his brothers, the gods of the underworld and of the seas (Hades and Poseidon, respectively) to defeat Zeus. The isle was released to Poptropica Members on April 1, 2010 and was opened to Non-Members on April 29, 2010.
The description on the isle’s advice page is, “Mighty Zeus, king of the gods, needs a hero – and he wants you! To meet Zeus, you will need to fight monsters, swim the depths of the ocean, and descend into the mysterious underworld. Do you want to come a hero like Hercules, or face the fiery wrath of Zeus and his thunderbolts?”
Skullduggery Isle
Skullduggery Island was the thirteenth isle released on Poptropica. It really is a pirate quest calling for sailing, trading, and sea battles on several little isles. The player gets a robot helper named Sprocket to investigate the mystery, which involves reactivating various machines that have been fresh for over two hundred years. Huge plants, some of which prove to be hostile now overgrow most of the city area. The isle was released to Poptropica members and was released to the public on September 9, 2010.

Great Pumpkin Island was the fifteenth isle released on Poptropica. It is set with a Peanuts motif, using characters. Poptropica members had access and it was opened to the public on October 14 of the exact same year.
Poptropica Old Islands Gone

Cryptids Island

It followed the release of a sneak preview version, featuring a mini-game called Round ’em Up. This island features lots of high speed pursuits, mini-games and even a shoot out on board a a train that is moving. Your goal would be to capture the infamous outlaw, Mustachio Grande, that has been terrorizing the citizens in addition to his gang.
Wimpy Wonderland
Wimpy Wonderland was the eighteenth isle released on Poptropica. It is according to the popular graphic novel series, Diary of a Wimpy Kid. It was released to the public on March 17, 2011 and was made accessible to members on March 14, 2011. Several of the components in the isle are based upon the novels, including decorations and characters. The description on the isle’s advice page is, “The Magic Tree House has landed on Poptropica! Join Annie and Jack on a journey back into a universe of samurai warriors, sumo wrestlers, and even greater risks that lurk in the clouds. Shrink Ray Island

Mystery Train Island
Mystery Train Island was the twenty first isle released on Poptropica. It was declared on July 28, 2011 and released October 7, 2011
Game Show Isle
Game Show Isle was the twenty-second isle released on Poptropica. It was released on October 27, 2011 for Poptropica Members and was declared on September 23, 2011.
Ghost Story Isle
Ghost Story Island was the twenty third isle on Poptropica. It was declared on November 10, 2011 and it was released.
S.O.S Island
S.O.S Island was the twenty-fourth isle on Poptropica. It was declared on December 23, 2011 and was released January 26, 2012 for paid members. The description says: “When a whale-watching expedition hits an iceberg, a pleasure cruise becomes a catastrophe scene. As the ship sinks deeper and deeper into the icy waters of the North Atlantic, can you rescue everyone onboard before it’s too late?” There was a bonus quest for members at the ending of the game by which they could go below the ocean surface to fix oil leaks on the sunken ship. It was released for all members on Thursday, February 16, 2012.
Vampire’s Curse Island
Vampire’s Curse Island was the twenty fifth isle on Poptropica. This isle was declared on February 7, 2012 and released for members on March 1, 2012. The isle Description reads: “For centuries, A truce has existed between the people of a distant mountain hamlet, and the vampire who lives in the fortress above. The truce is shattered, and a young villager has been got by Count Bram. Can you rescue her from his evil clutches–and avoid being struck by the vampire’s curse?” That is a bonus quest at the quest’s close. The description reads: “The vampire is gone, but his curse lives on. Prepare to detect even more hidden secrets of Bram’s fortress–if a dangerous vampire hunter does not get there first!” Members get an additional Vampire’s Curse Island equipment pack, which includes Countess Costumes, Vampire Count and Garlic Breath, Bat Chewing Gum. The dangerous vampire hunter is Cactus Von Garlic.
Twisted Thicket Island
Twisted Thicket Island was the twenty-sixth isle on Poptropica. It was released for members on April 12, 2012, and released for everyone on May 2, 2012. Its description reads: “A quiet seaside hamlet has been mystifying beings that live nearby. You’re picked the enter the dark woods and confront the creatures. But beyond the forest’s border lies a world full of magic and risk, where the only thing more twisted than the tree trunks is the truth”. The bonus quest description reads: “Poptropica members can play a bonus quest after finishing Twisted Thicket. The land has been scattered across by the woodland’s magic essence. It’s up to you to use your newfound powers to collect the missing shards and return them to their source.” Members get an additional Twisted Thicket equipment pack, which includes Troll power, Lumberjack costume, and Dryad Follower.
Poptropica Old Islands List
Poptropolis Games Island
Poptropolis Games Island was the twenty seventh island on Poptropica. It was released for members and for everyone on June 14, 2012. The description reads: “Once every 100 years, the early capital of Poptropica, Poptropolis, rises from the sea to sponsor a tournament created to establish tribal supremacy. Each of the tribes of Poptropica sends a representative to compete for a chance to be a Champion of Poptropica across a number of grueling events. Do you have what is needed to vanquish the competition and win glory for your own tribe?” The bonus quest’s description reads: “A historical warrior has returned to Poptropolis to recover to championship for himself. Prepare to fight the toughest adversary in the history of the Poptropolis Games!” However, this island vanished back into the sea in January 2013.
Poptropolis Games introduced TRIBES, which have become a big part of Poptropica.
Poptropolis Games Returns
In November 2013, Poptropica announced that Poptropolis Games was coming back – but only if Poptropican’s could help. In the end, it was re-released with 2 new events in late 2013, with the tribe Wildfire helping the most.
Poptropolis Games became the 3rd Island to get a makeover, when it was re-released in late 2013, when a larger screen/playing area and sound was added.
Wimpy Boardwalk
Wimpy Boardwalk is the second to make use of the characters, and the twenty eighth island on Poptropica. The island has exactly the same characters from Wimpy Wonderland, the eighteenth Poptropica island. It premiered on and was released July 3, 2012 for members. Prepare to explore the keys of the lunar surface, and uncover a mystery as old as the cosmos…” Inside, you look for a missing astronaut, will fly to the moon, save PSNA, the space station, and possibly even find a new world.
Super Villain Island
Super Villain Island is the thirtieth island on Poptropica. It’s now open to everybody. The returning villains are Dr. Hare, Black Widow, Captain Crawfish, and Binary Bard. The description on the info page reads: “Deep in the top-secret prison, four of Poptropica’s most infamous villains float in suspended animation. Your assignment: pull the sources of their evil and to infiltrate their minds. Are you able to defy a journey to the center of darkness, or will their twisted dreams trap you forever?”
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is the thirty first Poptropica island introduced and is currently open. It’s based on Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The island comprises some of the initial characters, like Mike Teavee, and Charlie Bucket, Willy Wonka, Augustus Gloop, Violet Beauregarde, Veruca Salt. You must save the various kids from destinies very similar to those in the novel, and also Charlie from a freak injury in the Chocolate River.
Zomberry Island
Zomberry Island is the thirty-second Poptropica island. It’s now open. The description reads “One by one, the citizens of Eastman are mutating into something horrid. Now, the city is quarantined, the survivors are trapped, and the streets prowl. No one knows how the zombie outbreak started… but how it ends is your choice!” You must find the professor, find the remedy and solve the puzzle of why they’re turning into Zombies. This island is a parody of the zombie craze.
Night Watch Island
Night Watch Island is the thirty-third Poptropica island. It’s now open. The description reads: “After the stores have closed and the shoppers have all gone home, the mall can be your playground. But are you alone on the night watch… or is someone watching you? From escaped creatures to creeping cat burglars, prepare to learn what actually happens after hours” You must get a job at the mall and foil the thief from stealing an extremely precious thing.
Back Lot Island
Back Lot Island is the thirty-fourth Poptropica island. It’s now open. The description reads: “The greatest filmmaker of time has come out of concealment, and he wants your help to make his masterpiece. But will you be making the next big hit, or is there trouble in tinseltown? From the first frame to the final cut, it’s lights, camera, action!” You will want to help make a picture and more!
Virus Hunter Island
Virus Hunter Island is the thirty-fifth Poptropica island. It was originally scheduled for a July 2013 release, but was instead released and is now accessible to anyone. The description reads: “Somewhere in Poptropica, an unknown citizen harbors within his bloodstream a dangerous new virus. Your assignment: locate Patient Zero, and eradicate the disease before it spreads. Prepare for a perilous journey to the most far out place of all — inside the human body!” Your Poptropica character will shrink down to a microscopic amount before the virus takes over to fight with it. It is the second island to be released in sound and better graphics (after 24 Carrot Improved).
Mocktropica Island
Mocktropica Island is the thirty sixth Poptropica Island. It was launched to members and is currently accessible to everyone. The description reads: “Poptropica is under new direction, and it’s falling apart at the seams! The latest Island isn’t finished, the staff is nowhere to be located, and you can’t take two steps without running into a game-breaking bug. Get ready to go behind the scenes to your most important experience yet — because this time, you have got to save Poptropica itself! Between mad safety managers and revenue specialists that will place an advertisement everywhere to make a buck, can you save Poptropica from becoming Mocktropica?”
Poptropica
Mocktropica presented Narfs, a pet follower. They may be a part of the storyline.
It was the fifth island to get a bigger playing screen and sound, but just the second island to be originally released after Virus Hunter) (with it.
Monster Carnival
Monster Carnival Island became the thirty-seventh Poptropica Island when it was released. Initially slated as the fourth island, it was removed (being replaced by 24 Carrot Island). In early January 2014, creator ‘Captain Crawfish’ on the Poptropica site announced the return of Monster Carnival. The description states: “In the dead of night, a caravan rumbles into town. The traveling carnival has returned! However, this really is no day at the park. Behind the laughter and the lights, the fair harbors a dark secret. Purchase a ticket if you dare, but beware — once you enter, you may never find a way to escape the Monster Carnival!” Monster Carnival was released to members in mid-February. It’s the third island to be originally released with the improved version of Poptropica (after Virus Hunter and Mocktropica), and the sixth complete (after Mocktropica, Virus Hunter, 24 Carrot, Time Tangled and Poptropolis Games).
Survival
Survival Island is the thirty-eighth Poptropica Island, and the first to make use of the new system. Poptropica, via their site, announced Survival Island. The tagline is It’s just you against the components, attempting to remain warm, find food, and more. You will want to use your brains and explore your environment to win the struggle against nature. Unlike preceding isles, Survival Island is the first in the new sort of island: episodic isles. There are multiple episodes in the island, each playable at distinct times, as they get finished and released. The first, Crash Landing, became accessible March 20, 2014 (non-member access came with the second, Hook Line & Sinker, arriving shortly; with more chapters coming after it, on April 16).
Mission Atlantis
Mission Atlantis Island is the thirty-ninth Poptropica Island, and the second to make use of the procedure of chapters (after Survival). The first of four or five chapters became accessible April 16, 2014 to members.
